Special thanks to Supriya Gupta, owner of Stretch Lab in Flower Mound, and her Flexologist, Katie, for speaking at last week's LNR meeting about the health benefits of stretching. Stretch Lab also provided free pre-event stretches for golfers at this year's Big Fore Tournament to help players improve their range of motion and reduce the risk of injury.
