Successful Rotary Reads Year Comes to an End
On May 30th, Noon Rotarians, in partnership with Communities in School of North Texas, participated in the final Rotary Reads program of the year at Lewisville elementary schools.
Thank you to all the Rotarians who spent their lunch hour reading with elementary school students this year. Your time is valuable, but the impression you made on those kids, is invaluable!
Plans are in the works for another year of Rotary Reads next year, continuing our collaboration with Communities in Schools of North Texas. A big thanks to CISNT for their support!
Next year, in an effort to minimize the number of times during the year that the club is "dark" (no meeting), it is anticipated that Rotary Reads will take place on another day of the week.
